The dictatorship of Alberto Fujimori in Peru began April 5, 1992. That day he dissolved the Congress, led and initiated various prey authorities handling the media. It's amazing that 20% of the population today, 19 years later, support the candidacy of the dictator's daughter to be president, and has been the most voted congressman in the history of our republic. Fortunately, the April 5 is not forgotten and is recorded in many others that freedom is something to remember and preserve.
